Decorate Your Salon for the Holidays!

Get in the holiday spirit and decorate your salon for the holidays! We have some great tips that will make your salon look festive and cheery. Believe it or not, clients love a salon that is in the Christmas and holiday spirit. It feels welcoming! Try our tips now!

Fake candles. With all those chemicals that are found in a salon, fake candles are the way to go. If your salon sets on fire, that will certainly put a damper on your holly jolly mood. You can even buy battery operated candles that come with a remote so you don't have to turn each single one on.

Bake. Bake some Christmas and holiday cookies and leave them at the reception desk. When clients are waiting for their services, they can munch on them!

Lights. Decorate the inside and outside of your salon with white twinkle lights. Nothing is more magical!

Decorations. One important thing to remember is that not everyone celebrates Christmas. So, while you can put up a mini Christmas tree and a little stuffed Santa, put up some decorations that are generic like snowmen and snowflakes.

Holiday gifts. Give out gifts to your clients this season. We have three gift bags filled with goodies. Buy all three in bulk and hand them out to your clients. They will truly appreciate it. We have the Artisan Holiday Duo, which consists of a top and base coat; Jingle Bell Rockin’ Nails, which includes a red polish and a top coat; and finally, A Very Merry Mani-Pedi, which comes with toe separators, a nail file, wood stick and a cuticle oil and cuticle softener.

Holiday nail art. Buy our Color Pallete and decorate each nail with a different nail art design that is Christmas or winter inspired. Display all over your salon. Your clients will see them and they will have to have them! Extra income for you!

Christmas music. Two weeks or so before the holidays, play some Christmas music or other holiday music. A lot of holiday music is relaxing. It will create the perfect atmosphere.

Non-alcoholic holiday beverages. Be very careful about serving alcohol to customers. Many may be underage and most are driving. Your best bet is to offer non-alcohol. Just as yummy! Try sparkling cider or eggnog and pour into fancy glasses!
