**Eligibility Criteria**

1. Free shipping applies only to orders with a total value of $150 or more, excluding tax. If the value of your purchase is less than this, standard shipping charges will apply.

2. The delivery location must be within the 48 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S territories). Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this offer to locations outside this area.

3. The Free Shipping offer excludes furniture and spa equipment purchases due to their size and complexity of shipment.

4. The offer also does not cover any additional costs such as special handling items, residential fees, signature confirmations, or any other special delivery surcharges.

**Policy Details**

1. Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the criteria mentioned above. There is no need to enter a promo code.

2. If you return items from your order and this brings the original order amount below the $150 threshold, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due.

3. Free shipping is based on the net value of your order, i.e., after applying discounts or promo codes. If a discount brings the total amount below $150, standard shipping charges will apply.

4. In the event that a part of your order is cancelled or back-ordered, and your purchase no longer meets the $150 minimum, standard shipping charges may be applied to your order.

5. Free shipping only includes standard shipping services. Express or overnight shipping services are available at an additional cost.
