Freight Delivery Information

Due to size and/or weight, salon furniture, pedicure spa and facial equipment require special shipping & handling that are assessed fees in addition to the normal shipping charges. The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). The Nail Superstore’s shipping charges will only cover charges that a freight trucking company moves your item from our facilities to the end gate of truck and in front of your salon. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the salon. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.

The following freight delivery services are available for their respective fee:

  • Lift Gate Service - $125

  • When there is no loading dock, a truck with a hydraulic lift-gate enables the pallets of your salon furniture, pedicure spas or facial equipment to be brought safely to ground level. Truck drivers will only move the freight from the vehicle to ground level. Truck drivers will NOT carry the freight into the salon.

  • Inside Delivery Service - $95

  • Truck drivers will use a pallet jack to move your salon furniture, pedicure spa or facial equipment from the interior of the truck to your receiving area if it is level with the trailer bed. If your salon has no loading dock, you must pay for Lift Gate Service in addition to Inside Delivery. The trucking company will never un-crate and unpack the merchandise nor will they cart away the refuse.

  • Reschedule Delivery Service - $95

  • If no one is available to receive your item on the day of delivery, the freight trucking company will attempt to contact you again to redeliver your item at a later time. If you cannot receive your shipment after more than 5 business days, you have the option to pay an additional storage fee or your item will be returned to our facilities. Please note shipping charges are applied to returned shipments via the freight trucking company and there is a minimum 20% restocking fee applied.
