Yes, depending on the product and quantity. Many items have volume pricing or case pricing — buying a full case saves you more. We'll quote pricing before you confirm your order.
We'll let you know before confirming your order. You can choose a comparable substitute, wait for the next delivery, or drop that item from your order. We never substitute a product without your approval.
Yes. Nearby salons or nail techs can combine orders and receive delivery at one shared address. The total amount delivered to that address is what counts toward the minimum order, delivery fee, or free-delivery threshold. Please choose one point person to combine the order and communicate with us.
The truck prioritizes pre-ordered items. If there's extra room, we may bring along popular items or current deals, but this isn't guaranteed. We recommend ordering ahead to make sure you get what you need.
The minimum order and delivery fee are calculated per delivery address. If you deliver to 2–3 different addresses, each one is treated as a separate delivery stop and must meet the delivery requirements on its own. To save on costs, you can choose one shared address to receive the entire order.
You can designate someone else to receive the delivery — just give us their name and phone number ahead of time. We won't leave items unattended without prior authorization.
